Zero stars. They misdiagnosed our dogs and then took zero responsibility. Their staff is rude, they overcharge and they are so completely unprofessional.

I brought my Maltese in for a foxtail sticker in his foot. One gal was very vague when it came to giving me directions: "We're just off the freeway.." Well, WHERE off the freeway?? Being from out of town, I was a little frustrated with her vagueness, and was late to my appointment because there were no street signs to help, either. The place was clean and organized, however. The staff that helped me at the desk was very nice. When checking him out, I was not given written instructions as to his care after being under anesthesia, and had to write it down in order to keep it straight. This is something that I thought was standard with every vet - not so with this one. I'm old - hey - give it to me in writing!! Not sure if I would go back there again.
