		SYSTEM: location changed from Taylorsville, UT to Salt Lake City, UT
	1/21/13	Dr. Belnap is great, we see only him with our pets. Dr. Belnap took care of my dog when another doc fudged up her surgery. However I referred my best freind there and she saw Dr. Gina. My friend was not happy with this Doctor. We both have larger purebred dogs, perhaps she is better with smaller critters. Dr. Belnap has my highest recommendation!
