Click to report rating    4/4/12 I just visited for senior wellness checks for 2 of my cats. The vet was thorough and discussed issues with me thoroughly. One cat needs dental work and the vet discussed some ways to minimize the expense, though it will still be expensive. I also had a question about the differences in heartworm treatments for dogs and she was very helpful. I am very satisfied, though I do feel that vet care is very expensive. RID: 33343
Click to report rating    10/30/11 My dog was healthy & happy before getting two vaccinations here. She developed huge tumors at injection sites. Then my friend's credit card # (She paid for visit) was stolen & used to buy airline tickets after using it ONLY at the vet clinic. Timing was very suspicious. The vet said the food I was feeding my dog was all wrong, but when I switched to the vet recommended diet she developed joint pain, fatigue, lethargy. I switched back from the dog food the vet recommended and continued the boiled chicken, veggies and holistic diet the vet said was "bad" for my dog's kidneys and my dog got better. When I told the vet about the two tumors at the injection site she recommended I bring the dog in for more INSANELY expensive tests to fix the problem THEY CAUSED! Staff are rude, snotty and lazy and spend more time talking with each other than tending to clients. DO NOT USE THIS VET! She's overpriced and incompetent. Also, you'll get spammed and prodded to buy more services, junk mail etc. RID: 28707
Click to report rating    10/10/11 I have used this vet practice since they opened. While the practice has gotten larger and more expensive since they were bought by a corporation, I have still generally been satisfied with their service. When I have had pets who are terminal, they have been wonderful with end-of-life decisions. They have worked with me to decide which tests and treatments my pets need and I can afford. They have been honest about the limitations of diagnosis, and offer options. I don't like the marketing the corporation requires, but I just ignore it. RID: 28224
Click to report rating    8/1/10 This used to be a decent place but they have changed in the past year and are not the same at all. They could not give me any answers about my dog and instead sent me to other vets so they wouldn't have to deal with it. That visit cost us $930, and we didn't find anything out about our dog and the vet wouldn't commit to anything she told us. She changed her mind if we questioned her and kept repeating, 'I really can't be sure so you should go to ____ to find out more.' She also didn't call us to let us know that our dog needed to be transferred, instead we had to call her. And she made us wait until 6 so that we could get charged $300 extra for the emergency clinic. Avoid this place. They will charge you way too much and not give you any answers. RID: 19038
