I have been going to this veterinary clinic for nearly two years. It is very expensive and the value is not there. My recent appointment was with a doctor who was in the midst of handling an emergency, and as such was unable to take the time to check everything for my dog, but I was charged for the entire visit. When I asked questions about the appointment, whether I should see the other doctor, one of the two young ladies in the very unpleasantly responded that doctor also has appointments. I questioned the type of heart worm/tick treatment that I buy because it is so expensive and does not treat for all ticks, and again the young lady quite rudely gave her response to me. I walked out of the office after paying $160, get more than I bargained for - an encounter with an employee with a very bad attitude and a doctor that was too busy to fulfill the entire appointment. That is why I gave the ratings that I did.

My rating is based on 15 years of experience with Sycamore. They've provided first rate care for my dogs, in both the good and very difficult times. I recommend Sycamore with full confidence!

Sycamore is an amazing veterinary clinic. This past week I have been in and out of the emergency clinic and then ended up at Sycamore. I feel like a lot of vets have lost the love for animals which should have been the whole reason they started a career as a vet. Sycamore vets have not, they loved my little one from the moment we walked in the door. If it weren't for them I would have lost him because everyone else wanted to keep doing test after test and they cut to the chase and saved his life. I can't thank them enough.
