	8/18/08	After repeated poor service and rude staff I am finished with this Vet. Disappointed with the service and the rude treatment I asked to speak to Dr. Jones and was told that he was "busy." I waited until after the close of business patiently and the Doctor never had the dignity of showing his face. This is not the first...or second time similar incidents have occurred. Enough is enough.... there are enough other vets that do a fine job and provide acceptable service. I would not recommend this vet to anyone.
*	5/29/07	I loved 2 vets they had there until recently, but they have both left the practice. I really paniced when I called to do a new pet check, and the only vet still there was the 1 I didn't trust. They gave advice based on the needs of my cats, not just making money including advising me not to give shots (the money makers for vetinary clinics) to my elderly cats. If they hired other vets as good as Dr. Oliver and Dr. Noda, I would recommend them whole heartedly; and would recommend any clinc where these vets work! The problem is it is like starting from stratch!
