	5/18/18	PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE EVER SEEKING TREATMENT FROM THIS CLINIC My dog suffered prolonged pain and suffering due to the lack of care at this clinic. I filed a complaint with Wash. State Health Dept. They concluded that they did not provide my dog Buddy standard of care and actions were taken .
