	8/19/11	Not punctual. bad communication especially costs and some cost even seem to be set on the fly. Turn over seems to be frequent.
	3/19/10	The second time I took my dog in was for a nail clipping ( which requires sedation ) I was charged for a full exam ( $48 ) even though she just had one at that very clinic, with that very same vet about a month earlier. The exam consists of the vet feeling her neck and takes about 15-20 seconds. Again, $48.00. I had made an appointment for 10am but apparently they took a walk in ahead of me and I had to wait till 11am just to get into the examination room. Then, had to wait another hour+ to get the sedation started. I came in at 10am and didn't leave till 2:30pm. Also, after sedation my dog was still a little cognizant but relaxed enough to get her nails clipped, which I had to suggest as the vet wanted to give her an IV which would have carried additional cost and more importantly--wasn't necessary. You folks need me to tell you this, my second lifetime visit to a vet? BTW, the facilities are filthy
	3/10/10	The vets are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They do not recommend unnecessary tests or treatment, but will describe available options. I really appreciate that they will do a house call for euthanasia. Their prices are about average. The front desk staff and vet techs are pleasant and helpful.
