Always have a great experience here. Clean and tidy premises, terrific staff, and Dr Carol is punctual and experienced. I just had a last minute appointment and they were very accomodating. We are very lucky to have a Vet like Dr Carol here in our town.

Well after waiting an hour for the Vet to actually show up .. I tried to rebook and was told I couldnt get in for 3 weeks!! I was basically made to feel like I didnt love my dog if I did not buy the Vet dog food, even after I pointed out the corn and corn gluten and by product meal in the food. The staff got extremely judgemental when I showed them my High end brand food that contained none of that crap stuff and told me I didnt know what i was talking about I was not trained etc. They were very very rude. Then after I went into the exam room, (after waiting well over an hour) the Vet made a bunch of excuses for being late then proceeded to talk about her Ex husband and her divorce situation for a half an hour... she tried to push me into a dental that my dog did not need . Worse though I went for a second opinion and they couldnt fax my file because it was lost !! I would not recommend this Vet for anything!

Don't advertise as a livestock vet, if you can't find the time to treat them, or at least call back stating you can't do the job, or at least recommend someone who can help.

I received the worst service I have EVER HAD from this veterinary clinic and I've been dealing with vets for years and years. The receptionist was rude, unaccommodating, haughty and extremely unhelpful - not once, but twice over matters that, when taken to a vet out of town, were handled in exactly the opposite manner. One issue had to do with special pet food that they would not sell to me unless I came in with my pet and paid a $75 meet-and-greet "extortion fee." And by the way, that appointment couldn't be booked for another 4-6 weeks after my request. Was my pet to starve in the meantime, I wonder? The second issue had to do with a rabies vaccination certificate that, while they were in possession of it, they refused to give me a copy. I would not recommend this vet service to anyone!

Very caring staff! Never on time and very poor time managers. Repeat things over and and over and too many irrelevant bunny trails.

I felt I was being 'upsold' on everything, and it was insinuated if I didn't 'buy in' I didn't love my pet. (I suppose I shouldn't have answered 'part of the family' on the questionaire when asked if I considered my animal 'a pet' or 'part of the family' - even though he is! Thought it was an odd question in the first place. What does it have to do with my pet's treatment?) It took over an hour there between the vet being late then spending such a long time talking. I was just there to get my pup shots. Too many dogs in the small waiting room caused mine anxiety. Then I was shocked when I went to pay my bill! I didn't know I was paying for waiting and chatting.

The staff and vet at this clinic are so excellent! They provided wonderful care to my cat, and are truly dedicated to animal health. They handled her gently while taking a blood sample, and the vet called me back as soon as she knew the results of the test. Reasonable prices for a small town vet clinic.
