Some staff are friendly and helpful. Original price paid for dog neuter was good...follow-up visits for losing stitches and infections added to total cost. Staff said dog must have ran and licked...not at ALL! Dog was crated and supervised at all times, leashed at bathroom times. But vet stated it couldn't have even been a possibility that it was in any way there mistakes in surgery/stitching/after care. I strongly disagree and would not recommend this vet for anyone whos pet needs surgery (even as ROUTINE as a spay/neuter)

I was a client of Dr.Bilings for 20 years. Once Pam left the front desk,the place went downhill. I called with an emergency about a month ago and they wouldn't even bother to squeeze me in on that day or the next. I called a friend's vet and they saw me the next hour. I now have a new vet.

Dr. Billings and his staff take care of you and your pets! He is VERY reasonably priced, too! We love him and have used him for over 3 years now. He doesn't believe in jumping straight into surgery, but would rather try diet changes and non-prescription alternatives, and then prescriptions, and then, as a final resort, surgery. He is wonderful! They have all the supplies you can need, and they tell you if you can get it cheaper somewhere else. Pam at the front desk is wonderful, and the vet techs are very careful and caring with your animals. We see them a LOT because our cats are both over 15 years old and have chronic health conditions. We used another vet in town before and they kept after us to make her have surgery at their offices. We are 3 years later, and no surgery, and no major problems like there were before. Dr. Billings will try to keep things simple and non-drug related for you and your loved pet. He has greatly increased the quality of life for both of our pets.
