	1/4/13	Not even one star. In short: Dr. Standifer did not show up for my dog's surgery leaving my large breed in a crate too small for her to stand up in all day. The staff and technicians did not even call me to let me know she was not being worked on. I had to call to check on her to find out. When I explained to him that I wanted a discount for sticking with him after being shafted he refused to do the surgery and hung up the phone. Incredibly immature and unprofessional. Everyone should know about this!
