NOT A VET WHO PUTS CARE FIRST! Took healthy 20-week-old kitten for neutering. following days displayed lack of appetite, thirst, no energy. Worsened was hot and shivering. Took for follow up. Before Dr. examined kitten, (RVT Erin) queried us on "how much could we pay today". I asked, "How much could we be looking at?" Reply was question repeated. Expressed inappropriate timing for conversation. felt if said $500, fee would be $500; if I said $700, fee would be$700.
Drs. diagnosis, kitten has bite infection. Administered antibiotic injection, subcutaneous fluids. Dr. requested follow up 36 hours if not recovering. Called Dr., RVT "Erin" stated Dr. would not see our kitten. Was rude to wife, to me. interrupted & talked over any rational conversation attempts. Speaking to Dr. not an option; office manager, claimed “one of them.” asked, “Is this direction of the Dr.” replied, “Yes”. Felt lied too. Promised return call, Never did. Focus on money, not pets health. Found better Vet.

I took my doberman there for an ear crop. My puppy never had fleas until I picked him up, he was infested. The staff members all tell you a different thing each time oyu talk to them, I was told several different prices. My dog liked my primary vet when he 1st met him but was scared to death to step foot in that place and the vet accused me of not socializing my dog just because he didn't like him, which pissed me off. I also specifically asked to not give the dog any of thier food because he has a sensitive stomach, so i provided his Taste of the Wild dry food, and guess what? they didnt use any of it and when i got my dog back he had diarrhea! The vet is not very nice he didnt care about us or the dog he just did his business, didnt talk, and left. Horrible customer service never going again!

I took my cat there because of an abscess on his leg he got from a cat fight. The vet said be needed to stay overnight and have surgery with an IV. Since I was worried I gave him the go ahead eventhough I didn't feel right. After the fact I took my cat to another vet who said there was no need for surgery and that the abscess could of been lanced. Bottom line is that I was taken for alot of money and my poor cat was put through alot of unnessisary trauma.I thought these people were supposed to have the pets best interest at heart??

I had my dog spayed here and she has never been the same. She fears the vet, which I know is common, but this is different. I also dropped her off with ALL of her teeth and got her back missing a canine. They insisted it was a baby tooth that would grow back, but it never has. Plus I KNEW it wasn't a baby tooth. Afterall she IS MY dog. Two years later she is still missing it.
