My whole family has been going to this Vet for 16 years, with a total of 8 different dogs. Since Dr. Redford retired and Dr. Jaffe took over it has gone downhill. Dr. Jaffe should in no way be working with animals! She insisted on putting a muzzle on my lab, telling me she was aggressive. This dog plays with the neighborhood kids, goes to the dog park all the time, and has never been aggressive in her 6 years. This dog was never deemed aggressive by Dr.Redford or Dr. Zinn. They also attempt to upsell you something on every visit. No dogs in my family are goiing here again.

I scheduled an appointment for my dog a week in advance for his broken leg. At the appointment, I was told they could not do his X-ray that day, why was my appointment made for that day? This office was NOT helpful and we will NOT be returning ever!
