Dr. Factor and the entire staff at West end are like family. They share your joys and your sorrows that come with having a pet as part of your family. They are knowledgeable, warm, friendly compassionate and caring. We would recommend this vet to any one who has a pet as a special part of their family.

I thank God for this place!!! Dr. Factor and his new associate are two of the most compassionate and competant individuals I have met in their field... and I've owned pets for as long as I can remember. Truly one of a kind and my pets and I truly feel at home when I walk through their doors.

Dr. Factor's office has warm, friendly assistants, and techs. He has recently hired another veterinarian, Dr. Mitchell. I have been searching for a vet that is experienced with rodents. These doctors have over 6 years experience with pet rats, and I feel they really know what they are doing. Very considerate to both animal and owner. Dr. Factor once had a pet rat, so he is knowledgable of their fine nature and every illness imaginable.
