I came to this vet after my last vet got $3K out of me for cat tests. I now have 2 cats and LOVE this place! They always get me in same day, are super friendly and caring when I cry and answer ALL of my many questions. I recommend them completely!

Rip off, different estimates evey time and the final bill is $500 more than the last estimate,staff stating the surgery lasted longer

After more than 20 years and nine pets treated at this vet this place has steadily gone down in service, compassion and value. We believe that this has been due to the slow phasing into retirement by the principle vet. The less Dr. Newman has been there the more money-grubbing the staff and other doctors have become. After this week's interaction we have sadly decided to take our business elsewhere, it is clear that the focus now is on ly on trying to gouge as much money as possible out of clients and there is no regard whatsoever for long-term clients or the needs of their pets.

We adopted our little dog from a shelter. Before she came home, she had to be spayed at this clinic. We took her in, with some concerns (per their post-op instruction sheet). Dr. Neuman was not interested in hearing what we reported. Nor did he believe the clinic technician's assessment - which was consistent with what we said. Instead, Dr. Neuman acted defensively. He also glossed over the exam, doing the bare minimum & documenting nothing that we or the technician had reported to him. We later learned from another vet office that he has a bad reputation (big surprise). Furthermore, our dog had a gigantic tick on her nose when she arrived at the clinic from the shelter. Both the groomer there and the surgeon (who had to put a breathing tube down her throat) missed it & left the tick there!!!
