	12/27/08	I was recommended to go here by Puppy City. The facilities were dirt and poorly lit. The exam room and table were dingy. The doctor was indifferent and he pushed us out the door as fast as possible so that he could see the next patient. Nothing was explained in terms of billing. Desk staff was horrible. I was kind of skeptical the first time. The second visit clenched me never going there again.
*	8/19/08	Dr Sheynberg was highly recommended to me by my own personal physician. This was the first time I was actually able to communicate with the physician during the treatment process without feeling like I was intruding. Dr Sheynberg very knowledgable and compassionate. The facilities are small and clean, however this does reflect in the cost of care. I was very pleased with the treatment my cat received (and is ongoing) by Dr Sheynberg. I found the staff very pleasant and genuinely concerned for their patients. With my previous experiences at other hospitals I have had unnecessary procedures done on my cats that only increased my bill.
	7/22/07	First and last time here...VERY DIRTY facilities. Dogs being shampooed next to the surgical table. I witnessed a tech pic up a pair of surgical scissors from THE FLOOR and place them back on the wall with the clean scapels and utensils. Neither the vet nor the tech spoke decent english and both were reluctant to give more than the very basic service. I asked for all of the vaccines that her previous vet said she was due for, and was told that they are not all neccessary. The worst part was when they took my dog into the back room and said nothing to me. When I asked where they were taking her, they said, no problems, just one minute. I waited patiently and they brought her back and said that I had to wait for test results. While she sat on my lap, I realized that their was blood all over my hands and jeans. My dog's leg was covered in blood from whatever they did to her! The vet came in and took her away again and brought her back clean with no appology and no explanation! Aweful place
