	10/30/13	Serra is a small, neighborhood clinic. I tried it because it's close to my house, but I'm really glad I checked it out. The staff is friendly and caring, and because it's small, you get personal attention. Dr. Natt takes time to explain things and doesn't try to rush you into decisions. The building could use some freshening, but I always feel like my pets are getting great care.
