I would not take my companion anywhere else. Dr. Chen provided Karl with the best care ever! She spent TIME with us. Always explaining each procedure and the COST (up front) She IS Karl's doctor. She has treated him for pancreatitus and we have that under control. She has done a MAJOR cleaning of his teeth...(he is 12 and I have NOT kept up with his oral health) and also she treated him for his bad back.....(He is a dachshund)She checked back PERSONALLY to see how he was getting along and with diet suggestions. Karl is a family member and in my opinion Oak animal hospital is the Mayo Clinic of veterinary hospitals in Vacaville......and Dr Chen........well you are our Florance Nightingale to the 10th power!
