Dr. Feldman, the "Internist" at the West Hollywood location, is a terrible person and completely uncaring vet. He charges a fortune because he's a "specialist" but all he really cares about is taking your money. I called him in tears when my 17 year old Italian Greyhound was declining last week and he never even bothered to return my phone call! Then a week later, after my dog had passed away, he sends me a 4 paragraph typed up letter defending himself and being completely insensitive. Apparently I didn't spend enough money on visits to warrant returning a phone call. And he compares his services to that of an accountant! Last time I checked, vets were supposed to CARE about animals and their lives. Dr. Feldman does NOT. Don't waste your money with him. I spent a fortune on tests that all came back inconclusive and in the end he didn't even care to call me back when I said Luigi was dying.
