We took our two rescue cats to this vet for their first appointments. They were almost 30 minutes late calling us in; when I mentioned how stressful this was for we people as well as the cats, I received NO response at all, much less an apology of any kind. Not one of the four nurses/ techs who weighed, poked, held down our cats introduced themselves. Nor did the vet herself. Everyone seemed to be in a rush; they treated us, as a friend of mine says, "like they were making cheese sandwiches", in other words, just do the minimum to get it done. Only one of the nurses we encountered slowed down and took care with us and our pets. Even the administrative staff were dismissive and poorly organized. Needless to say, we are shopping for a different vet.

The first thing you notice about Strong Vet is how clean the facility is. The vets and vet techs are knowledgeable and caring. I have three dogs and two cats that have been cared for here - from basic vaccinations to major surgeries - and I have always been completely satisfied. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality care at reasonable prices.
