	11/13/14	The biggest concern was overall care. Paid for an exam that was over in less than 4 minutes. Didn't feel the vet spent any time with me or my pet. Also when I boarded there I left treats and hairball treatment with them and they didn't even give them to my pets. They were both very stressed and I could tell it was a bad couple of days.
