	1/7/11	I felt that my animals were well cared for here, and that Dr. Kaye Gunckle was very passionate about her work, but at the same time was VERY scatter brained. I waited in the exam room for 45 minutes, while I could overhear her on a personal phone call, and the receptionist was RUDE!!!!
