Dr Wen is wonderful.His staff leaves much to be desired. He really needs to fire all of them and get a whoe new crew...99% of them aren't nice, they are overworked, make you wait forever to check out and have arguments with one another in front of clients. If he weren't such a good doctor he wouldn't have a client left.

Kept me waiting over an hour and then diagnosed my cat with lupus, which is fatal. My cat is still around! When I sought a second opinion, my new vet laughed his head off at the diagnosis! The man is just too weird, and his wife, Dr. Johnston, is a nut case. Sorry, don't believe the hype.

I love this vet. The vet techs are friendly and knowledgable. The vets are wonderful and use a great combination of holistic and traditional medicine.
