I had to take my sick 16 yr old cat there (needed to be put down due to poor health). Dr. Cumpstone came into the exam room w/an attitude, like we were bothering her, & did a quick look over of my cat. She kept flipping her around on the table (like she was a piece of meat) to see her reaction??? She wanted me to have blood work done, I told her no -mainly due to her age & all over poor health. She didn't like that I said no & said 'I've seen cats live to 25 yrs & what do you want me to do? I told her that the best option was to put her down so she doesn't suffer. She walked out of the room & slammed the door. Not one ounce of sympathy or compassion from her at all!! I've been going here for over 20 yrs & usually see Dr McKerzie, but he was on vacation. He is the best & great. The other staff members were also great & sympathetic. I will never use cumpstone again & would not recommend her to anyone!
