Please for the sake of your dog, do not go here. Very unprofessional staff. The receptionist gives you medical advice more than the doctor.(are you kidding me) No wonder this place is so cheap. I have been trying to resolve a medical issue for my dog over a year, and the care they are giving me is getting nowhere (but they are happy to take my money) They offer Dog Training and the trainer did not even show up the first day. He then stated he would not give me a refund after I asked for my money back. I was also insulted by this comment, and I quote, " When I first met your dog he was all over the place, it was embarrassing me as a trainer" (unquote) How does one offer a service, doesn't show up, and then tells you too bad-no refunds? Then insults you because your dog is not-trained? What kinda planet are these people on? Go somewhere else, I thought I would share my experience.
