I took my rescued cats to this clinic for years and always thought they were getting the best treatment. However, one of my "boys" later died of congestive heart failure and nothing was ever said to me that he had any problem like this, I was shocked. A stethescope should have picked this up. After both my boys passed away within a year of each other (the 2nd from cancer), I continued to get "reminders" about their shots and checkups. I notified the office staff three times, by phone and by mail, that they needed to stop sending the reminders. I finally had to become "assertive" with them to get their attention. Very hurtful. In addition, I was there one day and heard the doctor's wife talking to her home contractor on the office phone about getting new kitchen cabinets at the cost of $60,000. Yet they wouldn't work with me with payments so I could get proper care of my boys.

If you rate a clinic by how nice their building/waiting rooms looks and how big their parking lot is then congratulations. You're an idiot. But if you rate them for their level of service, care, & sincere concern for the well fare of your pet, then Dr. Hill is the best in town. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and most important knowledgeable. There is never a long wait. I've always been seen within 15 minutes of arrival. I've been to clinics that fake concern and care solely about bleeding as much money out of you as possible. This is not the case at the Animal Clinic of Casselberry. Their rates are affordable and they do not try to push unnecessary tests or procedures on you. It may not be a shiny new facility with flat screens in the lobby, but who cares. Are you there for a dinner show? Doctors that care more about helping their patients than about the bottom dollar are far and few between. I'm glad I found Dr. Hill.

Dr. Hill is one of the very few vets that I have encountered in my many years of being a pet owner that truly cares about our part of the family! He doesnt do anything that he wouldn't do with his own pets. He is extremely fair with his prices. There is so many positive things about him that i wouldn't have enough space to write them all!!! I would never trust another with my pets! he does the best he can and goes above and beyond.

My cat lay dying and in pain in the waiting room while the doctor ignored us studiously for 1.5 hours. This was after charging us over $ 200 the day before for a bunch of tests that came up empty. Has a great reputation which is VERY UNDESERVED. AVOID - heartless, heartless, heartless.
