This office works very hard to make sure everyone is taken care of due to only one vet sometimes you are not able to get into office that day. But the staff is willing and determined to help, we sometimes have phone issues and do not mean to leave you on hold or have the phone hang up on you we are a 3 staff practice and two staff at times we do get to you as soon as we can. Dr. Smith is a great Veterinarian and some-times slides behind with appointments but will give you the best care possible. Sometimes we may have issues once a year maybe with a unhappy customer no names mentioned
