Don’t go there unless you want to waste time and money!!! I had been bringing my dogs to see Dr Eslick for the past 19 years but in the past 2 to 3 years their level of service has severely diminished. While Dr Eslick is still the good vet she has always been, the last 2 times I have attempted to bring one of my dogs there I walked out after waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and still no vet appeared to see my dog. It’s is appalling that they would treat a loyal customer of 19 years with such utter disrespect, even though I have commented about these ridiculous wait times more than once, filled out a survey requesting someone contact me (no one did) and even commented about not waiting so long when making this most recent appointment and yet still disrespected by them. Nor are they ever apologetic about it. Acting as if my time is less important than theirs. I have spent A LOT of money there over the years but they dont seem to care about customer loyalty or custom

Staff (Stephanie) was condescending and rude. No solution to issue offered. Dog was to be neutered and vet that was scheduled to operate, I was told he was on the phone, didn't know how long he would be but if I wanted to "hang out" and wait that was up to me. Needless to say I took my dog home. Imagine not meeting your surgeon before surgery? His vet was not operating today as he had been there for his shots and care. Wasn't impressed with the service then either. Was told they would call me with lab results, never heard from them
