Rude and curt staff. Ultimately there is a lack of compassion and my pet is always "traumatised" after leaving their offices, even though she handles other vets well. Also a lack of follow up with veterinarians, unreturned phone calls, unanswered questions etc. Failure to explain medical conditions and what signs of distress should be looked after. The vet doesn't even examine the pet in front of you or show any interaction with the animal, which to me exhibits a serious lack of care. The facilities are nice, and the price reflects that. If you're in to cold sterile atmospheres then I highly recommend this place!
