20 years of visits ends now. Alan Gilmour sells his business months ago and we never find out? New corporate owners, anyone on-site? July 2020 and one of my cats is seriously ill. After inconclusive tests they did a month ago, am told if anything changes, call. I tell the receptionist my pet is lethargic and from time to time having trouble breathing, need to see the doctor who treated him, told up to 2 weeks! I ask if a tech could read the file & say if a particular test was done, told tech would call after lunch hour. Did not happen. Call next morning & leave urgent message. No callback, so call the Pierrefonds Animal Hospital who say “come now” and we were rushed in. My pet’s condition is so advanced with congestive heart failure and his distress is such that we sadly had to have him euthanized. Our whole family misses him very much. A tech from the Animal Health Clinic called 24hrs after our cat died to discuss my urgent call. Their behavior of is extremely unprofessional.

Always happy to deal with this clinic. The vet is terrific and knowledgeable. My cats are happy and so am I.I am happy to have found him. Thank you Dr. Helene Powers

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My felines and I were insulted almost every time I went. Was told by one vet (but more than 5 years ago) that my cat was very old looking. On another occasion that my cat was as nervous as I was - a paying customer !

small clinic with only one vet and one employee. don't go there for any major emergencies because they can't handle it. the service is ok when it comes to regular checkups and vaccinations and it's affordable.

Today was my first visit and I am totally happy. Wow, a clinic that cares about animals. Good Rates. No sale pressures. Attentive to details. Kind to my animals. Perfect approach.I recommend them wholeheartedly.I will definitely go back. Thank you Dr. Dveutalian and also to his assistant, she is fabulous, friendly and human.Merci Dr.Dveutalian, c'était ma première visite et certainement pas la dernière. Je vous exprime mes sincères remerciements pour les soins à mes animaux.Vous êtes vraiment gentil et professionnel. Je vous recommenderai à mes amis . the best vet clinique in Montreal. You are sure that you will not be taken advantage of (like in most vet cliniques), very knowledgable veterinary doctor, he has advanced training, he will go the extra mile for your pet without charging you extra. He does not talk much but does an excellent job. If you want an overcharging clown then go somewhere else. THank you Dr. Serge. Baltazar

You might as well call him doctor death. Friend of mine brought his dog for sterilization and never woke up from it. I brought my cat for a sterilization only to notice that she continued to ****. No apology, no refund the manerisms of a bubble gum wrapper. I wish I had known about him before I brought my pet. The Order of veterinaries should examine this guy. I can't beleive he's an animal doctor.
