I took my mini schnauzer to get spayed, abdominal hernia fix, microchipped and a heartworm test. All in all i have good things to say about this place. They were punctual. Brought her in at 7, she was done at 3. They tell you at the desk that they close at 5, but when I asked the lady what time approximately they thought shed be done, they told me at 3 and she was done then. I didn't meet the operating vet but the techs and the receptionist were very courteous and professional in contrast to the last comment. I do agree with her assessment that they could be clearer about the pricing, most people go to these places cause they can't afford to have their dog surgery at a regular vet. They didn't explain to me that there would be any further risk by spaying in heat, (I know it is routine in most cases), I was prepared for the upcharge since I had looked up their prices on the internet, but for those with no access this could be a bit of a shocker. All in all A-.

I drop off my puppy for a hernia repair, spay, minister all shots, and microchip. I called at 3:00 pm to see if my puppy was ready. The woman on the other end stated "If your invoice comes up, someone will call you, otherwise plan on getting here before 5:00 pm because we close." Well, I got to the clinic wherein the Director gave me paperwork and invoice of charges. I saw the charge for the hernia surgery and said "Oh, this much?" She said well it wasn't going to be free. I didn't say that, I was just surprised of the charge since no one had advised previously. Then I saw a call time on my Invoice of 1:25 pm. I told her that I called at 3:oo pm and no one told me that my puppy was ready and that I never received a call or message. The Director called me a liar then left her station. When I tried to call back to speak with her regarding her unprofessional demeanor, she hung up on me. My biggest concern: if they treat customers poorly how poor is the work done to our pets????

I've took my other dog here cause I heard good things about them this was about 1 to 2 years ago. Now I got another dog so I took him and the experience was bad. The lady that checks you in is rude. She never told me when I would have to pick up my dog then I heard her telling everyone what time to expect a phone call..Then when I did get her phone call she told me too pick my dog up between 4-5pm when I told her I would be there by 5:30pm she told me she would like me to be there by 5 cause she wants to leave.Well first of all there are volunteers. And the lady in the front if you ask me she was really rude especially when I picked up my dog she had an attitude and the other nurse that gave me my dog was really rude as well..They didn't even explain to me how to take care of my dog after surgery I had to call my gods vet to get instructions
