Click to report rating    5/29/21 My father in law has horses and had a draft stud that he got Tiffany to neuter. He was a fairly calm stud anyway and only 10 year old. She came out and acted scared to death to even do the procedure. She didn’t cut him and pull the cord out and clip it like normal she cut his ENTIRE scrotum off. It was a gaping hole 6-8 inches across and said just spray it out with water daily, which he did. He became severely infected and called Tiffany multiple times, she just said keep spraying it out he’ll be fine and she never came to check the stud. My father n law contacted another vet who gave him antibiotics but his stud was so infected and bad off that the infection had gotten so bad it affected his tendons in his back legs where he would just drag his hooves. He got down and we had to bury him today. His 2 year old offspring was so attached to her daddy that she’s circling where we buried him and it’s so sad! Tiffany Is horrible and Extremely unprofessional. RID: 69982
Click to report rating    2/7/21 A very bad experience with Tiffany took my dog to her several times and she kept saying her liver enzymes was high just kept saying give her pills and I kept asking her to take a exray and it’s like she kept putting me off and my little dog kept getting worse by the day she kept her for 2 days and I ask her did you take a exray she said just tex me in the morning and we can take one just take her home I did take her home and I called the next morning and she said we will try to get her in just evening so I just called Ragland and Riley vet office and they said bring her down now and I did and they exrayed her and rushed her straight into sergery her gallbladder had been leaking for day and cost me 6800.00 to get her fixed .Ragland and Riley said she may not make it but thank God she did but if Tiffany would done what I asked her a week before my dog might not have not went threw all the problems she created for her so NO I don’t recommend her to anyone if you want a good VET go to Ragl RID: 69791
Click to report rating    2/17/10 Theoverall winner hands down in either Overton or Putnam counties. She and her staff are a very welcome addition to the area. Being someone who raises livestock myself along with 3 dogs, I've always been pleased with the service, diagnosis, treatments and always astonished at the reasonable prices. Anyone, especially farmers, that knew "Doc" Jolley will know what influenced Ms. Krantz to re-open his clinic after finishing her training at Auburn. Being raised in the area she understands how important it is for having a professional that's resonably priced for our low income community. RID: 16649
