Wonderful staff and veterinarian. Dr. Ansara and his staff have taken wonderful care of my animals for years. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My elderly seriously ill cat was left untreated for over 4 hours by the vet's tech staff because of her temperment. She had a serious respiratory infection for which I was advised to drop her off for the vet's staff to evaluate before the vets arrival that afternoon. When I picked her up 4 hours later, she had not been seen and was in critical respiratory distress. No one from the clinic had called me to tell me to pick her up or that there was a problem with treating her. I had to rush her to an emergency clinic several miles away. She died at that clinic an hour later.
