Upon arriving at the clinic the receptionist failed to say there would be an after hours fee IF my exam ran past 5pm. I arrived at 4:45 and was not seen by Dr. Laura George, until 5:15. When she came in to examine my dog she failed to mention that there was going to be an additional $47.00 fee added to my bill for hour’s service - had I know that, I would have came back the following day because my dog was not in any imminent danger. I didn’t find out about the additional charges until AFTER the exam during the check out process. What a scam! I WILL NERVER EVER USE BANFIELD CLINIC AND/OR DR LAURA GEORGE AGAIN!
