Client for 8 years. Building is old and small. The waiting area always smells bad, and the rooms are not clean (including the exam tables). There seems to be only one vet now, Dr. Mason. He has misdiagnosed four of my pets, all of whom died or had to be euthanized soon after taking them to this clinic. (The conditions were detectable and treatable, but the vet did not figure it out in time. They do not provide after hours services, and one time I had an emergency and called right at closing, and they would not see my pet, and he later died at a far away emergency clinic.) In my opinion, this is not the place to take a sick pet. Their prices are fairly low, but sometimes you do get what you pay for. I will not take my animals there anymore unless I do not have another choice.

Please do not take your pet here. Many of my cats have died as a result of misdiagnosis/lack of proper treatment by this vet; I am not exaggerating. Most had very noticeable symptoms of severe conditions which were treatable, but since he misdiagnosed them they worsened and all died or were euthanized after I had to take them to a very far away emergency clinic. Mason had a different hair color and shaved hairdo every time I went there, which I used to accept as individuality but because of that and his behavior came to think he may be insecure or on meds. If you have an emergency during office hours and the vet is out, you will not get helped. The exam tables are almost always smeared with drool/blood/fluids/fur of the previous animal; I always cleaned it off before setting my pet on it. The staff will stand and take a history (if they bother) right next to the filthy table. I will not take my animals there again unless I have no other choice, and probably not even then.

The examination rooms could be a little cleaner.
