*	1/11/12	USED THIS VET FOR 19 YEARS. LATELY HAVE BECOME ONLY CONCERNED WITH MONEY AND NOT THE CARE OF PETS. WHEN ASKED FOR MY DOGS FILES TO BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER VET WAS TOLD THERE WAS $ 75.00 FEE. MY DOGS HAVE VARIOUS AILMENTS - EPILEPSY, SEVERE ALLERGIES AND OVERWEIGHTNESS WHICH REQUIRES FOOD BY PRESCRIPTION. TO SUM IT UP MY MONTHLY BILL FOR FOODS AND MEDICATIONS ONLY COMES TO $ 700.00 MONTHLY. tHAT DOES NOT INCLUDE VACCIONATIONS, ROUTINE TESTS, BLOODWORK AND VARIOUS OTHER AILMENTS. $ 700.00 IS SPENT EVERY MONTH AT THIS VET SIMPLY FOR EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS, FOR THE PAST 6 YEARS!! AND NOW THEY WANT$75.00 TO GET MY RECORDS. AS I PREVIOUSLY SAID MONEY HUNGRY AND NO MORAL ETHICS
	11/29/11	the staff are very cold and not service minded at all. Very pricey for the service you receive. New facility with boarding but no where to walk the dogs.
	4/13/10	I know that all emergency care is expensive, but for the service you encounter the moment you walk through the door to the time you leave (with or without your pet), it's not worth your time! ESPECIALLY when I overhear the staff complaining of the facility conditions, their low pay, and unprofessional management. Clearly not a happy, healthy team there! How can I trust my pet's care in an environment like that?
