This place is a disaster!!! If you love your pets don't take them to this place. They kept me waiting for 20 min. while my cat got more ill. The vet was obnoxious and condescending. The staff was not able to do the simplest procedures like place an IV or administer O2. They were only interested if I had money to pay the bill. I had to argue with them to get my cat so I could take him to another vet. The office manager told me that this vet has these problems on a regular basis.

Took my cat here for weekend hospitalization because of possible kidney issues. The exam room had dried blood on the floor and exam table, which was gross, but they were very busy so I ignored it. Told the tech and vet that helped me that my cat was an epileptic. I brought her anti-seizure meds and told them the times she gets them. The next day the vet called to tell me she had a seizure but was doing okay. When I picked her up and got her anti-seizure medications back there was one extra which means they missed a dose. She wasn't even there for her seizure issues but they couldn't even handle that, how do I know they took care of my cat the way that they said they would?

They diagnosed my dog with Dementia and recommended a prescription drug. At my regular vet, my dog was diagnosed with a detached retina. It was his loss of vision causing him to wander aimlessly - NOT DEMENTIA. Had this been diagnosed correctly sooner rather than incorrectly diagnosed as dementia, my dog's vision might have been saved. The office is dirty. They don't communicate in a timely basis. I will never return.

I had taken my cat here for six months and kept telling them it was his gall bladder due to an abnormal reading on ultrasound. They kept telling me it was NOT his gall bladder. After months they finally admitted it was his gall bladder. I had to take him to Ohio State University and they said it was the largest gall bladder they had ever seen in a cat. I was not told the truth about my cat and I just kept paying hundreds of dollars. My cat did not survive. I recommend you take your animals straight to OSU. I received excellent care there and finally got the answers to my questions. This place will bleed you dry to the end and they were more expensive than OSU. They are extremely hard to get in contact with after you leave the office. I had to wait days to hear anything on my sick cat and always had to be the one to eventually call. That's not the way it should be when you're dealing with a very sick animal. The doctor should take the initiative and call you.
