Dr. Lanzi is great. My cat is very shy and afraid of most people but she warmed right up to him. He is so gentle and loving to her. Offers services but never pressures me. The desk staff have always been friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Would like to see a quiet waiting room for the "nervous" pet. Otherwise, I love my vet and this clinic

Horrible experience! Was very rough - made my dog scream and cower then acted as if this was business as usual. Front desk staff made me wait mid-transaction almost ten minutes while they got up and went to chat with another customer that apparently hadn't been in in a while. Then tried to charge me for a service I hadn't been given.

I have 4 cats & they always do extensive tests for everything, try several different meds til they figure problem out(ie $205 and two visits to cure a mildly infected paw - it always seems to be 2-3 visits to cure anything so any illness is always crazy expensive >$200) Front desk staff is usually terse, unfriendly, sometimes even just rude. I keep thinking it'll get better, they get high ratings locally, even though they are known to be expensive, but each time it's such a pain on so many levels - not just expensive but time consuming - no evening hours, Saturdays are always booked so I have to take time off from work, then wait a half hour to see the vet. Crazy making . . . I have to find another vet asap . . .

Great service and very caring staff. Prices are reasonable but there is no discount for rescues.
