Decent looking place but the vet almost killed our shih-tzu four yrs. ago giving her too much vaccine at once - a rookie error. Turned the dog over to us gasping for breath with hives all over - a near anaphylactic reaction. No one had checked on her, that reaction didn't start when we picked her up. They managed to save her with iv benadryl we paid and got out ASAP. Got a bill from them today - FOUR YEARS later. Unbelievable. Trying to recollect on a paid bill 4 yrs. after the fact - enough said. Stay clear if you value your dog and don't want to be asked to pay again in four years!

Fantastic Vet! Doc Syn is a caring, compassionate, level-headed Vet who listens carefully to pet owners and provides excellent care. She was wonderful with our Black lab.

While vacationing in the keys, we had an emergency with our Chesapeake Bay Retriever. Doc Syn was wonderful, compassionate and skilled. We also boarded our dog with Doc Syn and again were extremely pleased with how she handled the additional care required. We highly recommend this clinic and boarding facility to anyone living or vacationing in the keys.

Friendly,caring,helpful & knowledgeable staff & thorough, gentle care. They took time,answered questions, explained things well, & weren't rushed or pushy.
