I went to this clinic for years- before the practice was sold to the current owner. I will never go back. Not only did they seem to have no previous records of any of our pets, they also seemed unable to offer any type of clear treatment the last time we took our pet there- being more concerned with just charging for every type of medication they could think of then advised us to “come back if still a problem”. The next issue was with my partner- who had changed to this clinic on my recommendation (previous owner). He had prepaid for cremation of his elderly dog as he knew when the time came he would be too distraught. Not only did the new owner refuse to honour this (despite supporting documentation) they were also either too cowardly- or too apathetic- to respond to numerous emails, phone calls etc. I laugh at their claim that they respond within 15 minutes on their website- I feel that may only apply if they can make money off you. We are now exploring other options.

Do Not work at this location! Sam and Tarun DO NOT respect their workers. If they mess up they don't ever take responsibility for their actions its always your fault. They open at 9am and have appointments during this time but they NEVER arrive on time its always an hour late which gets under customers skin. They don't remember to pay you because its the computers fault so when you don't get paid and ask about it you will be dismissed. They don't have a schedule and they expect you to devote your time to them if they call you in (usually a text an hour before they expect you there) and if you cant work or cant make it good luck getting in touch with them because they will NEVER pick up the phone or even acknowledge your input. They have only owned this location for about 2 years and its obvious that they are completely inept at running a business.

The Vet is very nice and caring, however they have high staff over and have no vet nurse on staff! So makes me wonder who watched my dog during surgery, makes you wonder why price is so cheap!!! And didn’t like how you have to pay for pain care while others include it. I feel like this vet clinic can definitely improve if they got proper educated and licensed staff members

The staffs are nice and answers my questions about my dog with patience and the place is clean and the doctor's dog is friendly and welcomes you in. The doctor is on time for my appointments and I really appreciate how fast things gets done at the clinic!

Best vet I have ever been to. Very honest and a great staff. By the time you leave it feels like leaving your favorite uncles house they make you feel very welcome. I will definitely be back to this vet in the future.

Great sense of humor and great with my dog. He actually seems to care and is willing to answer any and all questions.

I originally took my 14 year old dalmation border colley here to be put down. They took very very good care of us and were very respectful and kind and gave us everything we could have needed. I recently got a new puppy and took him there for his second round of shots. He didnt have a single problem as they were very gentle with him through his thourough examination and shots. I will be taking him back there for sure. Very wonderful caring people.

Dr. Romus Teodorescu and Jackie welcome you the moment you walk in the door. We found out about this clinic via word of mouth and have been very thankful for the professional and personal care. It's a gem of a clinic where Sam the dog drags us into the office rather than having to drag him inside.

We have 2 Chihuahuas 1 of which has had a long standing problem with her scratching her ears - another close by clinic said it was allergies so we have been so careful with food while seeing little improvement. Dr Romus diagnosed it as a dssioeep infection and the anti-biotics have done their job. She is boack to her former playful self. We came for the pricing and will stay for the professionalism! Thank you Dr. Romus!

The clinic seemed well stocked, nice and new however the doctor was late coming in for our appointment and didn't offer me any useful advice about my dogs skin condition. I took him elsewhere and he was diagnosed quickly and treated back to normal within a few days. I would be cautious about this place, I will not be back.

Absolutely my new vet. Takes very good care of my dogs (flatcoated retrievers). Dr. Romus did an excellent job on my 5-1/2 yr old spayed and amputation of a portion of her tail. I had been looking for a vet in Calgary that wasn't in it for the money and I found it at Ranchlands.

The NEWEST BEST VET CLINIC in Calgary. This clinic put the pet first....not money. I had my 3.5 lb Chihuahua spayed and her teeth done there, they had the best prices in Calgary (Airdrie - Cochrane -Okotoks). The staff are great they called me after the surgrey to update me. They gave my little girl extra special care. My Chihuahua loves go visit the clinic, can't say the same about my now X vet and clinic. THANK YOU Dr.Romas You ROCK!!!

I have also found my new vet! The doctor was incredible with my dog (large breed bull mastiff). He did laser surgery and blood work and also found skin cancer that I was totally unaware of. He showed me the biopsy results as well. Nothing hidden. Very personable man. I have recommended him to all of my friends.

This is a new vet clinic in NW calgary. I would reccomend their services.
