The veterinarians and staff have always been very pleasant and professional. The office is clean and well organized and appointments are on time. They are very caring and call to follow up if I've had to take my dogs to emergency care elsewhere. Highly recommend!

Today I went to the vet after a $500 plus medical bill for our husky and was told that most owners only tell 20% the truth. The receptionist was implying that I was lying about my husky’s allergies even though we disclosed everything to the vet on our first visit. I tried to share videos but she did not want to see them and did not want me to forward them to the vet. She kept tellling me we would need to schedule another appointment for more xrays. So disappointed in the clinic. We would never make up something about a loved one. So sad as they had good recommendations!

Clinic is absolutely amazing. Had my cat neutered there which cost 70 bucks. The clinic down the road was 350. Cant thank you guys enough for the amazing job! Keep it up.

I am very unimpressed with the service that I received at this clinic. The doctor seemed less than enthusiastic about her job and I didn't really feel comfortable having my dog there. The clinic is small and has very little food available which was shocking as my dogs food can only be purchased through a veterinarian and they didn't have it. The price isn't bad but I'd rather pay a bit more and have better care.

I am very happy with my service here. The staff are friendly and helpful and the Doctor was kind. It was only my first visit but I am very happy with the service so far.

Excellent vets for veterinary & patient care. The staff are friendly and organized. I have recommended many people there, and all are very happy ! Joel is the very best. He loves all animals like they are his own ! Believe our animals receive the best possible care & attention.

My dog is very important to me. I was absolutely terrified to get her spayed. I know that it is routine, but it is still surgery. I heard good things about Granada and decided to take her there. I am glad that I did because it was a very positive experience. They called to check up on her afterwards and were very thorough. I am sure that they could tell that I was worried so they made sure to make me feel comfortable by answering all of my questions and informing me of how frequently they do the surgery. Every time that I called prior to the surgery with questions (which was a lot) they always answered their phone as well as all of my questions. My only complaint is that they are more pricey than other vets. They wanted $85 for a microchip, which I believe is overpriced.

They are amazing here. I have been taking my dog here for years. With all her problems they have been awesome. I cant ask for better. Dr.Waye is the best and truely cares for the animals.

They were great with my dog. The vet told me everything I needed to do at home and she followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure that everything was going well.

They would not treat our dog when she needed medical attention. (turned out to be pancreititis) They later had enough nerve to keep contacting us to bring her in for regular immunization-of course we went where she received treatment for her illness.

Love this place, they saved one of my dogs. But lately it seems like I am spending so much money to fix my other dog with serious health concerns and they can't give me answers??
