Had a city dog emergency in the country late on a Friday night. Called this country vet... was not optimistic that anyone would answer the phone late on a Friday night, but they did answer, then they made arrangements with me over the phone for care-calmed all of us right down, and took full care of my dog bright and early in the morning.

Have taken all my animals here for the last 10 years. Always a good experience and staff has always been great to my animals. Has even taken my emergency calls late at night! Thank you!

Called Doctor Ernie he said he would be in, showed up an hour late. Forgot the meds my pet needed at his other office. My dog has kidney disease. Dog is in obvious discomfort and he down okay ex if on phone but said he would call me later. Still hasn't called me back, now his phone is turned off. Goes right to voice mail. Been to his office twice and I'll never go there again or waste my time calling. I would not recommend him. Doesn't show any care or concern for pets.

Do not use the Smoky lake OR the Redwater clinic if you need something for a dog. They have almost no filing system or records, and they will do more harm than good because of it. I've had both clinics mix up my dogs, and had a neuter go very very wrong for one dog.

sent an incompetent vet to float my horses teeth, completely botched the anesthetic, stressed my hose severely, horse snapped her chain, nearly got us all injured, horse was lame after, never managed to treat the horse at all. THEN 6 months later sent me a bill for $360.00 with no explanation and late charges on the bill! Would not answer my calls, currently taking legal action against them.

Emergency c-section done for my dog. Asked vet if he had been drinking, because I smelled booze on him. He stated no. Picked up my dog 4 hours later, lost one puppy, other was cut on her neck. He didn't even know he had done that. He told me it was the placenta. I told him to open his eyes. My dog's belly stitching looks like something a bad **** would do. I will never take my dogs there again.
