Ever since Dr. Dave left in the beginning of 2010 the place went downhill. All the staff is new (even the nurses as I'm sure they understood what crappy doctors they would now be stuck with). The doctors push unnecessary labs and vaccines on you and make you feel guilty when you decline. The value is the worst! Not only do we pay $27/month for their wellness plan, but then they shove labs on you that are not even discounted (and sound higher than other vets). The doctors are absolutely horrible, not friendly, just out to make a buck. When our loving-everybody dog saw their doctor, he didn't even wag his tail (and the dr. was just doing an annual exam, hence no pain). WE MISS DR. DAVE! And we are definitely quitting this horrendous place!

I adopted a dog, took him straight to petsmart and was able to get him seen shortly after. Dr. Dave was very concerned with my new dogs condition as he was was malnurished and sick with parasites. He treated my dog and i was very grateful and thought he did an excellant job of restoring my dogs health.

This used to be the place to go. They have had some staff leave and now it just isn't the same. The dr. is still one of the best. The plans they have are ok, but a little on the pricey side if you have more than one pet. They should give a better discount.

Dr. Dave and his staff have been wonderful with me and my girls. They are conscientious, and Dr. Dave has the best bedside manner I've seen in a very long time. He truly cares. Last time I visited, he got on the floor with my girl and hugged her, kissed her and it was wonderful to see. They do have a great wellness plan, and I have both of my girls on it. It has saved me a ton of money. They also do not do any extraneous tests, treatments, or things that aren't required just to make a buck.

Great plan for puppies, but they are constantly canceling/ changing apts, and are very dismissive and even rude. I have heard then be rude behide owners backs and even talking about clients to other clients. Plus my dog has loose stool for several months now and they haven't even done a fecal. I waste too much money with them and i'm now going elsewhere
