Took my dog in to have a tumor removed. Vet said that because 1 liver enzyme was high he had to do other testing/xrays. After spending $800.00- said more testing necessary, before he would do surgery on tumor. I took my dog to another vet; they removed the tumor and said that the testing they did at Animal Alley was NOT necessary before tumor removal. Animal Alley suggested an ultrsound at a cost of $300-$400; ultrsound at my new vet cost $150.00, which was not done because it was not needed. Lazer treatments at Animal Alley are $48.00 for one area per session; my new vet charges $25.00 per session. After three visits in one month to Animal Alley, I spent my entire monthly pension check. If you are rich and enjoy spending money on unnecessary procedures Animal Alley is the place for you. Granted, they do tell you how much each procedure will cost before hand, but one would assume that the procedures are necessary; in my case they weren't. I truly feel scammed.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. VanDaele for over ten years now and follow his practice wherever he goes. Dr. Van Daele is very professional and up to date on all of the newest in veterinary medicine. He has operated on and treated my cats for a long time and I completely trust him with their care. My cats are my kids and he knows how important they are to me and he treats all of his patients that way. He knows that his clients are not just pets but family in most cases and he goes the extra mile to see that they are well cared for. His new office is beautiful and his entire staff are wonderful. They are kind, considerate and compassionate. Animal Alley is a great addition to the Tri City area. Jane DeShone

Absolutely the Best!! I have never seen another vet that cared so much for my pets. Along with his wonderful staff, Dr. Vandaele makes sure you leave with peace of mind and everything you need to take care of your animal. I would definately refer Animal Alley to anyone with a furry or scaley loved one. Thank you so much Doctor, we will be coming back for sure!!
