I have been a client of this clinic for over 10 years, having tried other places before. They have always been alert to my pet's needs, kind to me and overall, exceptionally caring and professional. This is a staff that cares in their hearts. Recently, my pet was terminal and I cannot express enough how sensitive and helpful each member of staff was. I highly recommend Stoneybrook!

Stoneybrook Animal Hospital abused my kitten!
My kitten Cheeto was neutered on Dec.12, 2017 and this is this terrifying story.
Cheeto is an energetic kitten who loves to play and only cares about getting food. He is the perfect addition to our petless home in July. He gets along well with young children and purrs loudly when you pet him.
I had my reservations about having my sweet young kitten neutered. He had not started spraying, he does not get a choice in his fertility and he isn’t too aggressive.
A cat is not allowed to eat or drink 12 hours before undergoing surgery. We diligently kept food and water away from him to prepare. His appointment was for 8am and we were not able to pick him up until 4pm. READ THE REST AT THIS LINK: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1h...

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Fulkerson and her staff. My three dogs have been patients for the past several years. I actually tried three other vets before I found her, and she has been a blessing. I cannot imagine anyone being more loving and caring of my "kids" as she calls them. I highly recommend them.

I am very surprised at the poor reviews. I have dealt with Stoneybrook for over 10 years and have never had any of the negative experiences others have described. I find the vets to be knowledgeable, compassionate and willing to explain their diagnoses in a way I can understand. Their equipment is up-to-date and they seem to keep current with the latest in veterinary medicine. The staff/vets have always been helpful, return phone calls and e-mails promptly. On more than one occasion, Dr. Russell has gone out of her way to help me with serious problems with my cats -- calling me from home on a Sunday and coming to my house to treat one of my cats. The fees are high but worth it for the peace of mind.

Buyer Beware! Our dog had a growth on it's skin. We were told that it looked cancerous and it was recommended that the growth be removed by a very expensive surgical procedure. Later it was determined that the growth was not cancerous after all and that the surgery had not been required. This vet has proven to be one of the most expensive vets in London and I have heard of other occasions where prognosis was not able to be determined and a quick response of either euthanasia or surgery was recommended.

While Dr. Jongert is exceptional, Dr. Russell (wiebe) completely dismissed our concerns and told us our dog was terminal without even looking at her closely! Just s quick glance at her file (we've gone there fore years) and she decided this! No tests or anything! We were shattered and took her for a second opinion. Surgery was performed and she is recovering well at home, would never wish what we went though upon another pet family!

While the clinic itself is very nice, I found that the staff operated through guilt tactics to up-sell customers. Every time I went in for routine shots and checkups, I was pressured towards paying for extra vaccines, tests, and procedures and basically made to feel like if i REALLY cared about my dogs, I'd shell out the money. Same went for their overpriced brand of vet dog food when we brought home a new puppy; they kept insisting their brand was necessary if I wanted a healthy start for her. I eventually switched vets because of how uncomfortable they made me feel about each purchasing decision.

2 of our babies had infections in the same spots. One had to go to E.R. to get stiched as it ended up being a fairly large puncture wound. I called Stoneybrook and asked if they were given an injection there while being spayed and neutered..I was told no but while they were removing the stiches weeks later it was told to me that there were indeed given an injection in the hip. Both infected?? scary. We still stayed and gave them the benifit of the doubt for YEARS. On more then one occassion pervious bills were brought up and we were questioned if we paid for food or med's recieved?? To which we always have. We had a sick pet and numerous xrays and trips to Vet were taken. Cancer was never detected or talked about. One night once again we end up at E.R (48hr's after Vet xray) only to find our beloved pet was full of cancer. We prolonged things when we shouldn't have because we trusted out Vet. We dropped a lot of $ and YEARS yet not even a call to say sorry for your loss. SAD

Stoneybrook is one of the two vets in London that offer at home euthanasia. We knew my lovely kitty was going to die in the near future but we waited until he'd stopped showing signs of happiness (purring) and when he couldn't walk anymore. The day he couldn't walk I knew we had to give him some mercy and I felt sick to my stomach thinking about taking him in a car and to a cold animal clinic. We called Stoneybrook and they said that they usually do the home visits on Friday and it was a Tuesday. They made an exception for us with zero fuss and said the doctor would arrive on her lunch break. My cat was able to die peacefully outside with his loved ones around him under the tree he loved to sleep under. Stoneybrook allowed my cat to die in peace and with dignity and it brought closure to me to know that he wasn't afraid when the time came. The doctor was very kind, understanding and was patient while we said our goodbyes even though I'm sure she had to get back to work. Great vet.

Dr. Jongert goes out of her way for her clients and their families! She is super nice and gets to know all of the animals and always tries to do what's best. The receptionists are friendly, the place is clean, and my dog and I are very happy! :)

I found the receptionist very nice, and very thoughtful. Both vets that I seen were extrememly rude. Above all, their prices were ridicoulous, and I could have went elsewhere, and saved a lot of money, and above all been treated a lot better

If it wasn't for Dr. Weibe and Dr. Jongert and their fantastic team I would have lost my cat; due to the incompetence of another vet in the city who was more concerned about making money than his welfare. I completely disagree with the previous complaint, I have nothing but great things to say about the care my cat has received at Stoneybrook and have recommeded many friends there.

Rude, condescending veterinarian. Little concern about animal's health, far more interested in inflating your bill. Worst vet experience ever. Receptionists are nice. Vet was atrocious. Found very little answers to my concerns regarding my cat's health.
