Absolutely horrible. Their lack of care and misdiagnosis ultimately caused our cat to die. Both doctors are crass and nonchalant.

Do not recommend to anyone. My cat went here for years. I was looking for a new vet, but animal care clinic refused to give me my pets actual records, so when she got sick I ended up taking her back and it was a horrible mistake. She ended up going into shock from the treatment they gave her and then they refused to acknowledge anything. They acted like they didn't know what the hell was going on and they were very incompetent and unethical. They continue to refuse to give me my animals records.

I took my 18 year old cat in because she was walking in circles and not eating. They said she had dementia and was dehydrated. They kept her overnight to hook up IVs. The next day I went to check on her and I was told by the DR that she tried to bite someone while giving meds and they stopped trying. Isn't this what the vets are for? To make sure animals get what they need? I asked to speak with the owner, Dr. Meuller. She would not acknowledge my being there. I was told it was a "lack of communication" between doctors. There should be NO lack of communication AT ALL! What had this been a life and death situation? DO NOT TRUST YOUR PET WITH THESE PEOPLE! They are unorganized and VERY unprofessional. In fact, a lady who called herself the "Office Manager" LAUGHED AT ME! She couldn't understand why I was so upset. Maybe cuz it was NOT her cat! These people DO NOT CARE about the pets. They are only money hungry! If you love your pet, you will go somewhere else!

Best experience I have ever had at a Veterinary clinic. I would recommend it to anyone!
