Very bad service didn't tell you the price until they give you a bill and then when you see the price is like triple the price I wanted to be very bad service

We had our cat Jürgen treated by Dr.Chahal today. We have nothing but good words to say about Dr.Chahal. He explained us everything in detail, both what was wrong with our cat and the procedure that was about to be performed on Jürgen to make him healthy again. Dr. Chahal was very gentle and patient with our sick cat and very friendly and personable overall. We would not hesitate to recommend Dr.Chahal to any pet owner.

These people charged me a ridiculous amount of money for tests and meds my dog doesn't need... I feel like they lie about the prognosis so they can milk as much money from you as possible. I wouldn't recommend these crooks, they will play on your emotions to get your money without regard for how or where you will get it.

I love Dr. Rice, Trish and the rest of the staff at F****s Creek Animal Hospital. I never feel rushed and Dr. Rice always spends that extra bit of time answering questions. Max, my cat, would go home with her as he is very friendly and loves people, but my second cat Jade is a handful. We all look like we are going to war when I have to take Jade in, but the staff treat her very well even though she growls and spits at the staff, they get the job done. I would recommend Dr. Rice to anyone who needs an excellent veterinarian.

Friendly staff and vet. Quick service and very gentle with my little dog. Good advise and recommended only what was needed, no unnecessary drugs. Called the next day to ask if everything was okay with my dog :)

Dr. Rice and her staff treated my cat, and I can honestly say that I've never met a more loving vet. I would recommend Dr. Rice and her staff to anyone. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rice. Trish and the other ladies were absolutely lovely. They were knowledgeable and forthcoming. I always felt confident that my pet was in good hands.

best vet i've ever been to. can call and ask questions over the phone (without being told to come in to get an answer and pay an exam fee like other clinics ive been to) staff are all very friendly and helpful would recomend them to anyone!

Took cat in for treatment of mucous infection and ended up with 350.00 dollar bill. Charged for vaccine which cat never got because of infection. paid for nutrient gel supplement which probably wasn't needed. Very disappointed with vet and staff clerk Trish when I complained about billing.
