We appreciate the care and compassion shown us and our pets by all of the staff at North Texas Vet Clinic. Dr. Scheifley and his staff are very compassionate yet punctual, knowledgeable and thorough. We appreciate that they choose to set their fees at a reasonable point while offering such great service.

My puppy ingested bleach. I took her to North Texas Vet Clinic right away. I explained what happened and that she is foaming at the mouth. I waited 50 min before I saw the doctor. They told me appointments and then emergencies are seen. Please DO NOT USE this clinic. They do not care about your pet! They only care about money!

Dr. James is the most caring veterinarian I have ever encountered. He genuinely cares about your pet and loves his job. And, he's not bad on the eyes either!

When our puppy got sick, I called Dr. James and was pleased that I could bring her in within an hour! I expressed my financial concerns, and Dr. James prepared a detailed estimate (which was very reasonable yet comprehensive) for her care and assured me he wouldn't do anything without checking with me first. She needed to stay there almost 5 days on fluids and antibiotics. Dr. James would check on her even over the weekend and call from his office to let us know how she was doing, calling several times a day over the course of her treatment with an update on her situation. He seemed genuinely concerned and gave detailed explanations...he even mentioned that, when she still wouldn't eat, he finally got her to try some food by feeding her out of his hand...a personal touch that let me know everything would turn out fine. Fiona is now home and happy, and I am so grateful to Dr. James and his staff. Very professional, clean office, caring staff, reasonable prices WITH THOROUGH CARE.

I went to visit this clinic after reading all of the good reviews on many other sites, and I must say, they were all right! I was very pleased with my experience and I will returning in the future. I give the vet 5 out of 5!

I was VERY impressed by Dr. James and his friendly staff. This is a brand new beautiful clinic with all up to date professional equipment. It's just what Keller has been needing! They have very reasonable costs. My dog had Parvo and had to stay several nights. The cost was not bad at all! Way cheaper than any other place I've found. But they provided the best service as well! I would highly recommend this vet clinic!!!
