Stay away! They botched our dogs spay which led to our dog needing a significantly more expensive surgery and refused to refund us for the service they botched. After reviewing the procedure notes our new vet told us that it was likely due to them using inexperienced staff and it was unethical for them to refuse a refund.

This place is very expensive! They dont seem to read files before coming into the exam room. I do appreciate the help i can get over the phone though when there is an emergency.

If you are looking for personal care for your pets, this is not the place. Apparently they don't even read the name on the files before coming in to the exam room. They order lots and lots of tests that cost big bucks and do very little explaining. I am a very well educated and well informed consumer and am used to vets who interact intelligently with clients- they don't here. Cold, uncaring and very very expensive

Excellent service and care---the doctors and technicians care about your pet and give the very best medical and personal service. I recommend this clinic to anyone who wants special care for their pets.

Thanks to the caring Doctors and staff at AM/PM for taking care of our "babies."

Everthing about this clinic deserves an A+ rating. While this does not pertain to me I would suggest from my observation that the front desk be covered at all times and that their interaction with the clients should be a little more personable and friendly. I have had occasion to view this both daytime and evening hours. People that take their time and spend money on their pets are for the most part true animal lovers and their pets are part of their family. It is no different than bringing a child to a Dr. and the child is very apprehensive. The animals are also and should be treated no different than children which includes reassuring their owners. One of your employees "Jenny" is the most personable that I have had interaction with and observed the way she treats all of the animals, not just mine. She is a true asset to your clinic. If you hire anyone who is indifferent where animals are concerned they should redirect their career or place of employment.
