	8/6/11	My dog cut his tail open and it cost $500 to stitch it back up which I had no problem with. They told me I needed to come back for a bandage check in a few days and said there was no cost for that exam. When I went back for that bandage change sure i didn't have to pay for the exam but it did cost me $50 for "supplies" to re-wrap the wound!!! They wanted me to come back 2 more times after that. I never went back after that visit. I find it hard to justify how tape, gauze and vet wrap costs $50! They also wanted to charge me $10 for my dog's medical records so I could give them to my new vet. My dog went their a total of 3 times and I don't really have anything good to say about them at all. The doctor was very short and the staff was rude.
	3/2/10	Everyone - receptionists, vet techs, vets - at Chappelle's is caring and wonderful. The facility is constantly cleaned. Accupuncture is offered as treatment which can be a life enhancer for those pets that respond - try it if nothing else is working. I have been taking my pets to Chappelle's for 28 years and have had only good experiences and excellent care.
	3/17/08	The staff is always very friendly. I have been to many vets, and definitely think they offer great care to my pets and myself.
	12/31/07	From the receptionists to the Dr.'s and the techs in between- I have never had a bad visit. They all care about your animals and really establish a relationship with you. They are fantastic!
