	9/20/13	P/1 P/1-I would rate the vet services as a 2. We had a very sick (older dog) that had to be admitted. I understand that they may have been busy,but in three days time we never recived one update on her condition. When we would go up there some of the staff (not all) acted like we needed to just go home and wait. Some of the staff acted like we were inconveniencing them by wanting to see our dog. We took her in on Friday evening,Vet/tech was supposed to call in the morning for an update,never happened. Went up there and they were saying how good she was doing yet she looked worse. On Sunday we made the decision to put her down.
	9/4/12	The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. My dog loves to see the staff and they all know her by name. I also love the idea that they are open 24hrs and I can call at anytime with questions or concerns. Keep in mind they are an ER facility in addition to regular appointments and they will take more urgent cases before all else but that is to be expected.
	3/28/11	Staff removed object from our dog's mouth in 5 seconds but it took THREE HOURS to see Vet and get checked out!! The check out procedure is long and painful and they are short handed on weekends. 45 minutes from the time the Vet was done with us to payment.
*	1/5/08	Dr. Emily Hoppmann is the best vet I have ever seen and I have had pets my whole life!
